The cottage has its own lounge double and twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities and a fully fitted kitchen. It has its own access and is built across the burn which runs through the Old Smiddy. There is a patio where guests can enjoy fantastic views of the burn.

Bedroom 2
Twin bedded room – (two single beds); both fitted with electric blankets. Also includes clock radio and television. There is a toilet/shower and shaver within the bedroom.
