Loch Lomond Shores is a principal gateway to Scotland’s first National Park. Loch Lomond Bird of Prey Centre

Situated at Loch Lomond Shores in Balloch not far from The Old Smiddy, you will find a modest and committed Bird of Prey Centre with over 28 species ranging from the Little Owl, Kestrels, Buzzards, Hawks, Falcons and Eagles and of course the Golden Eagle. The centre offers guided tours and close up experiences of the birds. A gift shop offers a selection of unique souveniers or why not have your picture taken with on of the birds. Places to Eat

The Carbeth Inn is a well-known landmark of Scottish history, made famous for the surrounding rolling valleys and stunning views. Just a short stop from Glasgow its easy to get to along The Stockie Muir road (A809) and is on the main tourist route to and from Loch Lomond.
